Join us for the 11th Graduate Diversity and Inclusion Renaissance Ball to be held on Saturday December 10th in Biotech G10! Come DRESSED TO IMPRESS on the red carpet! There will be a live band, DJ, hors d'oeuvres. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Annual Graduate Diversity and Inclusion Renaissance Ball is an effort of the graduate student organizations represented on the Graduate and Professional Student Diversity Council. This event brings together graduate and professional students for a night of live music, great food, dancing, and community. Founded by the Black Graduate and Professional Student Association (BGPSA) in 2011, the Renaissance Ball, which is named in honor of the Harlem Renaissance, celebrates the diversity of the Cornell graduate community and promotes the inclusion of all of its members.

Tickets will become available on 11/12/2022 and will be exclusively sold online.

Cost - $15/person

Event Details

  • Doors open at 7pm and you can dance the night away (until 11pm)
  • Hor d'oeuvres along with beer and wine will be served

This event is open to all graduate and professional students and is sponsored by the office of inclusion & student engagement, graduate & professional student diversity council, and the GPSAFC.

Note about E-Tickets & Refunds

"Buyer Beware"

All tickets for these events are electronic tickets. The unique bar code/QR code on each ticket allows only one entry to the event. The first copy of an E-Ticket (if there are multiple copies made) to arrive at the event will gain entry after scanning and validation. Other copies of the ticket will be denied entry.

Note that any sales of tickets to these events at locations other than this site (i.e. on-line auction sites) cannot be verified as authentic tickets. The sponsoring organization and/or venue will not be responsible for fraudulent sales, and/or the illegal duplication/sale of E-Tickets. PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF SOMEONE OFFERS TO SELL YOU AN E-TICKET – IT HAS NO OFFICIAL RESALE VALUE, AND MAY BE AN UNAUTHORIZED COPY.  

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the event is cancelled, or unless otherwise stated on the event details page. If an event is cancelled, the sponsoring organization will contact ticket holders to explain the refund process. If the event is rescheduled, the original ticket may be transferred to the new date.
