If you've already purchased tickets to an event from this website, you should have received an email confirmation (please be sure to check your spam/junk folders). That email should contain links for you to download your electronic ticket (e-ticket) and/or send the ticket to your mobile device (only applicable if the event offers this option).
You may also access your tickets from this site. After logging in, click on your name in the top, right corner of this page. Select 'Your Orders.' From there, you should see a list of all of your current orders for upcoming events, along with options to view past events and returned tickets (if any). To retrieve your tickets, click on the red button ('View XXXXXX'). The following page will give you the option to 'Download All PDF E-Tickets' or 'Send All Mobile Tickets.' If you choose to 'Send All Mobile Tickets,' you will be prompted to enter a phone number. That device will then receive a text message with a link to your QR code(s) for your ticket(s). You do not need to download a PDF/e-ticket if you use the mobile tickets option.
Not receiving emails?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your profile to be sure your email is correct. Be sure to check spelling carefully. To view your profile, log in by following the appropriate link at the top of this page under 'Login/Register.' After you've logged in, click on your name, and then click on 'Edit Profile.'
